It is your opportunity to:

  • Escape from your routine, refresh & find balance
  • Address healthy physical, emotional & spiritual well being
  • Practice yoga, meditation, Qi Gong
  • Explore your artistic side & add music to your practice
  • Enjoy nature, ride your bike, take a hike, take a nap
  • Discuss nutrition, menu planning & food journaling
  • Enjoy scrumptious vegetarian meals (maybe even a glass of wine)
  • Get a massage (or two or three)
  • Meet new and old friends and compare experiences

What to bring:

Here are a few items you might consider bringing to ensure the most comfortable stay.

For your room:

Bathroom toiletries, swimsuit and beach towel if you plan to take advantage of the hot tub, yoga attire, comfortable clothes (don’t forget a sweatshirt, gloves, hats & rain gear as weather conditions can change rapidly) walking or hiking shoes, active wear... layer, layer, layer and layer.

For your classes:

A must: a yoga mat. If you have: strap, eye pillow, bolster, block. Please note, if you are new to yoga and want to try it before you invest in equipment – let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you! Mountain bike riders will need to bring their own bikes and have some trail riding experience.

What to expect:

This unique three day retreat begins Friday evening and ends on Sunday with a brunch followed by a closing session.

The intent for this year’s retreat is to inspire creativity, challenge you to explore new techniques and give you the tools to bring these practices into your everyday routine.

You are invited to review the schedule and class descriptions and participate in as many events as you like. You are also welcome to tailor your own personal schedule – join us for some classes, combine with your own exploration of the area, engage in solitary meditation, or schedule a private massage. This is your retreat – your schedule.

Inside Cabin Lodge

Registration 4:00 pm Friday.
Retreat ends with brunch and closing session at noon Sunday.

Six mouth watering vegetarian meals have been meticulously planned by our very own Tiffany Knight.

Meals begin with tapas and wine the day of arrival and end with brunch the day of departure. Snacks are available throughout the weekend.
