What to bring: Here are a few items you might consider bringing to ensure the most comfortable stay. For your room: Bathroom toiletries, swimsuit and beach towel if you plan to take advantage of the hot tub, yoga attire, comfortable clothes (don’t forget a sweatshirt, gloves, hats & rain gear as weather conditions can change rapidly) walking or hiking shoes, active wear... layer, layer, layer and layer. For your classes: A must: a yoga mat. If you have: strap, eye pillow, bolster, block. Please note, if you are new to yoga and want to try it before you invest in equipment – let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you! Mountain bike riders will need to bring their own bikes and have some trail riding experience. |
What to expect: This unique three day retreat begins Friday evening and ends on Sunday with a brunch followed by a closing session. |

Six mouth watering vegetarian meals have been meticulously planned by our very own Tiffany Knight. Meals begin with tapas and wine the day of arrival and end with brunch the day of departure.
