Taught at a pace suitable for the experienced level1 practitioner. Intensive work on form, core strength, and introduction to more advanced sequencing will deepen your understanding of asana and vinyasa. |

| Prenatal Yoga |
All New Moms, New Yogis, Pro Yogis, Moms familiar with pregnancy, All those growing a human inside their belly! A special class just for your un-comforts and desires surrounded by support from others who are pregnant or nursing. Every 3rd Saturday of the month at 2:00 – 4:00 pm. It provides a body awareness calming to the mind of the mother and soothing to the baby. Yoga allows Moms to adjust to body changes and prepares them for the birthing process. New moms are also welcome as may find it difficult to part from nursing babes and need extra help getting back to their pre-pregnancy self. This class offers the support you need to do it yourself or a “foot in the door” to begin a healthy life dedicated to the practice of yoga. $20 for members and $25 for non-members.. |

A practice you can take with you to the office or anywhere you
spend time in a chair! All areas of the body will gain
strength, flexibility and endurance with the support of a
chair. Breath is emphasized to enhance movement and calm the
mind. Free to Yoga Studio members. $25 fee, begins the first
Wednesday of each month. |
