Core Yoga

Level 1
Class invites beginners & encourages the continuing student to build strength, stamina & flexibility. Modifications offered. Some sequencing.
Intermediate
Class taught at a pace suitable for the experienced level 1 practitioner. Intensive work on form, core strength, and introduction to more advanced sequencing to deepen your understanding of asana and vinyasa.
Level 2
For the advanced practitioner. An energetic workout connecting yoga poses in a continuous sequence. Instructor permission advised for those moving up from Level 1 or Intermediate.

For all levels. Founded by John Friend in 1997, Anusara yoga is a school of hatha yoga which unifies a life-affirming Tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness with Universal Principles of Alignment. iRest® Yoga Nidra
Meditative self-inquiry used to induce deep relaxation. "iRest is an evidence based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that releases negative emotions and thought patterns, calms the nervous system, and develops an inner sanctuary of well-being and equanimity that underlies all circumstance you may encounter in your life."
Prenatal
Workshop provides body awareness calming the mother and soothing the baby. Allows Mom to adjust to body changes and helps prepare for the birthing process. Offers the support you need to do it yourself or to begin a healthy life dedicated to the practice of yoga. Class size limited. Preregistration required. Call for cost and dates.
Kid's Yoga
for the young yogi from 3 - 10 years old. Learn the basic shapes of the poses and develop a practice of being still, even if just for a few minutes. Pre-registration encouraged.
