What people are saying:

K, Rapid City - Yoga Therapy with Doc was like physical therapy meets yoga. My left hamstring was so tight and sore you could bounce a quarter off of it. I met with Doc a couple times for Yoga Therapy and found some relief right away. His expert analysis of my alignment problem and some hands-on adjustments combined with recommend stretches for me to do on my own have really helped. Also being aware of my alignment problem has made me conscious of adjusting it regardless of what I am engaged in.

G, Rapid City - I am 44 years old and since age 12 I've dealt with rheumatoid and osteo arthritis in the hips. At age 28 I was told by the medical community my only hope was total hip replacement for both hips. After learning this surgery is only guaranteed for 10 to 20 years at most I was reluctant, wondering if I would have enough bone for this surgery to be re-done 3 to 6 times in my lifetime. Knowing intense physical therapy would be recommended after surgery, why not start exercising now? Starting with gentle yoga classes at age 30 I noticed gradual improvements. Being in a class over the years was helpful to keep me functioning, yet the personalized approach Doc offers with Yoga Therapy is helping me advance farther and faster. After 2 sessions (and doing my homework: two very simple poses once a day for a few minutes) Doc noted the range of motion in the poses doubled!

M, Rapid City - Yoga Therapy was a wonderful experience for me. Doc corrected a twist that had been giving me problems for some time. It is great to know that we have this available to us for healing and better health. Thanks bunches, Doc!
