Rebecca Stucke
Rebecca discovered yoga during her college years and was drawn to its emphasis on balance—on and off the mat. She holds a 300-hour certification from Black Hills Yoga School and a 200-hour certification through the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga. Rebecca primarily teaches vinyasa-style classes, offering dynamic and intentional sequences that support strength, fluidity, and connection.

Bridget is a trained yoga instructor with a background in both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. She believes yoga should be fun—and isn't afraid to laugh, wobble, or fall over in the name of play. Bridget invites students to explore movement with curiosity, lightness, and joy. Her classes are energetic, approachable, and full of heart, encouraging everyone to find freedom and fun in their practice.

Kirsten is a trained yoga instructor with experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, therapeutic, and alignment-based yoga styles. She enjoys teaching Vinyasa “hot lunch”, and pain relief-focused classes. Kirsten is passionate about guiding students toward practices that support healing, strength, and overall well-being.

Mary founded The Yoga Studio (Loam Yoga) in 2000, inspired by her deep love of movement. Since then, she has continued to teach, study, and practice yoga with a commitment to growth and sharing the practice with her community.

Debra is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor through Black Hills Yoga School. She approaches each class as an opportunity for students to connect deeply to both mind and body through breath and movement. Debra looks for the radiance and beauty in every student’s practice, creating a space where they can feel empowered, present, and fully alive in their bodies. She draws inspiration from the Mary Oliver quote, “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”—a reminder of the transformative power of living with intention.

Brittney began practicing yoga in 2011 and deepened her commitment during college, where she completed her 200-hour teacher training. Teaching since 2017, she embraces the diversity within the yoga community and is passionate about creating inclusive, welcoming spaces for all students to explore their practice.

Kelly is a registered yoga instructor who is passionate about yoga’s ability to support the body, heal the mind, calm the soul, and create space for inner awareness. She completed her 200-hour teacher training and continues to deepen her practice with the intention of pursuing advanced training.

Lisa Rowcliffe
Lisa is a registered yoga instructor who completed her 200-hour training with Black Hills Yoga School in 2019 and has been deepening her love for the practice ever since. She appreciates how the strength, flexibility, and calm we cultivate on the mat can support us well beyond it. In 2022, Lisa earned her certification through the yoga4cancer program and has since enjoyed sharing these tools with the Black Hills cancer community. Her intention is to create a welcoming space where students can move and breathe in ways that support both body and mind throughout their cancer journey.

Brittany completed her 200-hour training with the Anusara School of Yoga and has also pursued trauma-informed yoga training for teens and kids. Teaching has always been her passion, and she shares yoga because she loves guiding others in a practice she deeply values.

Tiffany Trask
Tiffany completed her yoga teacher training in 2020, deepening her commitment to mindful teaching. As a Speech-Language Pathologist and healthcare clinic co-owner, she blends clinical expertise with yoga. With advanced credentials (E-RYT 200, RCYT, YACEP) and certification in the Buteyko Breathing Method, Tiffany integrates breathwork and movement to create accessible, grounding classes that connect science and tradition.

Leslie Millard
Leslie earned her 200 hr YTT from Power Life Yoga in Des Moines, IA. Her training focused on Power Yoga, with additional hours in Yin Yoga, Bikram Hot Yoga, and meditation. Her favorite aspect of yoga is the connection of body, breath, and movement.

Cat Cattington
Cat is a registered yoga instructor who completed her 300-hour training through Black Hills Yoga School. She has continued her education with specialized training in kids yoga (55 hours), yin yoga (50 hours), and accessible yoga (30 hours). Cat is drawn to the grounding and expansive nature of the practice—she finds deep presence in the simple act of pressing her fingers into the earth and unwinding her body with breath. Her teaching invites students to slow down, connect inward, and explore movement with intention and ease.

Christine is a registered yoga instructor who has been part of the studio community since 2017 and began her teaching journey in 2020. She discovered yoga as a way to deepen the connection between mind and body, and during one meaningful practice, she experienced that connection in a profound and transformative way. Since then, she has been passionate about helping others discover that same sense of presence and embodiment through their own practice.

Kelly Reinhart
Kelly is a registered yoga instructor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her 200-hour in 2016 and has since then completed advanced trainings in yin, restorative, and sound baths at Yandara Yoga Institute. Kelly combines her therapy background with yoga to provide a trauma-informed environment for students to safely explore being embodied in their practice. She is passionate about helping students build a practice that supports their bodies today while also playing with challenge to grow over time.

Eric Krantz
Eric completed his 200-hour teacher training in 2014 through Real Evolution Yoga, followed by an additional 100-hour course and Ashtanga workshops with Tim Miller and Dave Robson. Eric emphasizes the discipline, breath, meditation, and bandha work that form the foundation of his teaching.
