Leslie earned her 200 hr YTT from Power Life Yoga in Des Moines, IA. Her training focused on Power Yoga, with additional hours in Yin Yoga, Bikram Hot Yoga, and meditation. Her favorite part of Power Yoga is the connection of the prana (breath) with the asana (movement.) Leslie found yoga during a tough time in life, giving her a positive outlet to heal. She teaches in hopes that she can give that to others.
