pranayama

This class will cover basic pranayama and meditation techniques. This class welcomes beginner and intermediate practitioners. Each class will focus on the breath and body connection along with other methods to focus the busy mind.

Sophie became a registered yoga teacher through the Association of Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh India in 2015 and 2016.
